Servers are generally setup automatically within minutes of payment being made. If your server has not been setup within an hour of payment, please contact our team via ticket in the client area
We offer full FTP access to your server making uploading worlds/plugins to the server a breeze. We recommended the awesome open source and cross-platform FTP client Filezilla!
Our control panel offers over 5000 plugins available in one click installed directly from dev.bukkit.org. Can't find a plugin on the list? Simply upload it to the server using the FTP file manager in the control panel
We include a MySQL database on all of our server plans. You may set this up within the advanced section of the control panels
You can enable access to the server JAR file within the control panel allowing you to swap it out for any modified JAR file you wish.
We offer a full 5 day no quibble money back guarantee.
We allow you to upgrade or downgrade your server at any time. Simply open a ticket in the client area of our website informing us of the plan you would like to move to and we can take care of the rest
All of our servers make use of RAID redundancy to help protect servers against disk failures. We urge all customers to adopt best practice in taking regular backups of the server via FTP
